1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days within the U.S. (varies by carrier).

Delivery times may be extended during high-volume periods, new product drops, or due to carrier delays.
3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers — if this affects your order, we’ll contact you.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Get Bucks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
